About me
Hi there! My name is Kaytlin Gaines and I am a Virtual Assistant. I am also a full-time elementary school teacher! My goal as a VA is to work hand in hand with companies to help reduce the task load and allow them to focus on the pieces that bring them joy. Leave the data, communication, and organization to someone who has done that for years and enjoys it (ME!). I hope to add value and efficiency to businesses while working with each business and match their style. I hope I can work with you very soon!

What makes you uniquely special?
I am unique because I have successfully juggled multiple hats daily as an educator. I know how to communicate, organize, and plan intentionally. This allows me to help businesses with tedious daily tasks and bigger-picture items with efficiency.
Would teaching full-time hinder you with this position?
This is something that I have put a lot of thought into. There may be times when I take fewer clients during the school year because the quality of work is important to me. However, this type of work excites me and I find the time during the week to get it done to the customer's request.
